Smile

A smile can portray many things - Happiness, excitement, nervousness, anticipation.... The list just goes on. Smiling with your mouth is all well and good, but the thing many of us need to unlock within ourselves is to smile through our eyes. Smiling through our eyes shows true happiness. People say our eyes are the key to our souls, and when it comes to smiling, this is certainly very true.

Love

Love is an awkward emotion; We feel love for our friends, family, boyfriends/girlfriends and other people and things we are deeply attatched to. When asked about what is missing from this list, many people said life, pets, shopping (admit it girls, we couldn't survive if we did not splash out on those must-have shoes!), the list just goes on and on. But the thing missing from the list is a deep love for ourselves. Being able to look at ourselves in the mirror and appreciating what we have is important. The first step to loving others and recieving their love, is to learn to love ourselves.

Life

Some people say life is full of surprise, intrigue and adventure. Some people agree with this statement, some, not so much. Me? I am not too sure as it almost always varies. If life is full of these things, then why do so many of us complain about being stuck in a rut? I suppose being stuck in a rut can often be a good thing - Overcoming the little and the big things can be some of the most intrigueing and surprising events that occur during that day, week or even month. No matter how trivial the accomplishment may seem or feel, it all counts towards the brighter, more exciting picture.
